* There are many ways to make money online with Yahoo! Answers, but in this post we’re going to be focusing the two main methods that most people use successfully. The first method is to use Yahoo’s service to drive traffic to your own blogs/websites which sell a product/service. The second method is to promote other people’s products (eBooks/software/membership sites) in exchange for affiliate commission. There is no better method, each has its own advantages and shortcomings. I personally prefer driving traffic directly towards my blog since you will more likely get people to stick around if you’ve got good contact.
* The first method is simple, you are going to be search for people looking for solutions to problems related to your niche. Let’s say you have a blog on how to make money online, and someone is asking whether a certain eBook/product is worth their $49.00. Assuming you have quality content on your website, you could tell them to just drop by your blog instead of spending their cash on some guru’s latest product. If the content on your site really is good, then you will just have earned a new customer. You could also drive users to a landing page with a email subscription box, this will make you a lot more money in the long run since you will be able to promote to them over and over again.
* There’s something you need to know about making money with Yahoo! Answers, and it’s that there is a lot of competition. For every answer you give with your site’s link, there will be 10 other people doing the same. Most of the times though those people just copy paste answers and so they aren’t very personal, so the best way to ensure your answers are read and your links are clicked is to write a custom answer for each question you find. The second thing you need to be aware of is that due to excessive spam, Yahoo! recently implemented a new feature which only makes your link be a live one if your account is a level two or above. For every question you answer, you get points. After reaching a certain number of points, you go to the next level. Once you’re at level two you can post links that are click able, this will really increase the amount of visitors you get from your answers. If you don’t want to spend a few days answering questions till you get to level 2, there are certain forums where you can premade level 2 Yahoo! account.
* The second method of making money online using Yahoo! Answers is affiliate marketing. If you don’t already have a Click bank account, then go there now and sign up for one to get access to their huge marketplace of products. For each product you are given a unique affiliate link which you can use to promote the product, and every time somebody clicks that link and buys the product, you get %50-75 of the sale. So if someone on Yahoo! Answers was asking how to convert from MPEG to MP3, you could give him your affiliate link to a any video converting software and if he purchased it you would make some cash.
* The really good thing about Yahoo! Answers is that the questions rank really well. Sometimes you will continue getting traffic from a link you posted weeks or months later. As you can see, it’s pretty easy to make money with Yahoo! Answers if you’re not afraid of a bit of competition.
