1) First of all you must have to download and install Rainmetet and Omnimo Windows 8 Theme.
What Is Rainmetet: Rainmeter displays customizable skins, like memory and battery power, RSS feeds and weather forecasts, right on your desktop. Many skins are even functional: they can record your notes and to-do lists, launch your favorite applications, and control your media player - all in a clean, unobtrusive interface that you can rearrange and customize to your liking. Rainmeter is at once an application and a toolkit. You are only limited by your imagination and creativity. Rainmeter is open source software distributed free of charge under the terms of the GNU GPL v2 license.
2) After installed Rainmeter run it for the first time. This is required else when you install any theme based on Rainmeter, it will not work.
3) Now choose the default setup options when asked.
4) Now unzip the Omnimo theme and look for a file which says SETUP.rmskin.
5) Then double click and it will restart rainmeter.
6) Next you will get options to select Resolution, Language, Theme ( Choose Windows 8 UI ).
7) Once installed you should see the Metro Interface select one option according to your screen resolution.
