1) First of all download a "Blogger Template" from the internet. Following are the best sites to download the blogger templates. You can download blogger template free from these sites.

2) Now download the templates that you want and extract the downloaded file with "Winrar".
3) Now go to the your blogger "Template" section and go to "Edit HTML → Proceed".
4) Now open your downloaded template which is in.xml format into notepad.
